1. Acceptance
By using Kaomoji Library (kaomoji.luvisyouth.com, the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site provides
The Site offers a free, browsable library of Japanese text emoticons (kaomoji), organized by mood, with one-click copy. It is provided free of charge for personal and professional reference use.
3. Accuracy and character rendering
Kaomoji are compositions of Unicode characters. How they look depends on the font and platform of the device viewing them. The Site takes reasonable care to include only kaomoji that render acceptably in mainstream fonts, but we cannot guarantee identical appearance everywhere.
4. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it at abusive rates, or misuse the copied text to harass others. Linking to any page is welcome; using the Site as an embedded resource inside a competing product is not.
6. Intellectual property
Page design, category descriptions, FAQ text, and code on this Site are protected by copyright. The individual kaomoji themselves are short arrangements of publicly available Unicode characters and are free for anyone to use.
7. Advertising
The Site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for their own content; an ad's presence is not our endorsement.
8. Changes; governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
